The attackers committed the murder in the third part of the night in Baghraun village under Charkhari Kotwali area of ​​the district. It was told that 30 year old Komal, living in the village, had a dispute with his friend Akhilendra six months ago while drinking alcohol. It is said that last night Komal was in the fields with his old uncle Laxman. Then the accused Akhilendra reached the farm along with his other friend Captain. Where he attacked the uncle lying on the bed considering him to be a soft one. There were severe attacks with sticks and axes.

Sensation spread in the village due to murder
When nephew Komal reached the spot when the old man started screaming, the accused attacked him too and left him bleeding. In this attack, the old uncle died tragically on the spot while his nephew Komal is seriously injured. As soon as the information was received, the Kotwali police arrived, took the body into custody, filled the Panchnama and sent it for post-mortem. The murder of the old man created a sensation in the area.

While giving information regarding this incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Satyam said that the nephew of the deceased has told that some of his acquaintances carried out the fatal attack.
