Lucknow News: Mukhtar Ansari’s MLA son Abbas Ansari has received a setback from the High Court. The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court refused to grant bail to Abbas Ansari in the Arms License Fraud Case. While hearing the bail plea of ​​Abbas Ansari, the court also made harsh remarks. The court said that doing such an act while being a public representative comes under the ambit of a serious matter. Therefore the bail application of the petition is rejected.

Mukhtar Ansari’s MLA son did not get relief

The Uttar Pradesh government had opposed the bail plea of ​​Abbas Ansari. The High Court said that thousands of cartridges, which were metal, were recovered from the accused. The use of such cartridges is prohibited in sports shooting. It was argued on behalf of the accused that the recovered weapon had a license. Sports shooter has the right to possess three weapons on one license. The state government told the court that eight weapons and more than four thousand cartridges were recovered from the accused.

High Court rejected the bail of Abbas Ansari

Metal made arms and cartridges recovered from the accused are banned for sports shooting. It was argued in the court that two UIDs of one license were used in the purchase of weapons. The state government also cited the criminal record of the accused. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the High Court bench ruled that being a public representative, such an act is a serious matter. Therefore, relief cannot be given to the accused. After the hearing, the court rejected the bail plea of ​​Abbas Ansari.
