Jalaun Uncle Killed Nephew By Hitting With Shovel Accused Arrested ANN

UP Murder Case: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. The maternal uncle killed his nephew by attacking him with a shovel. The accused uncle was caught by the police 12 hours after the incident. It is being told that the maternal uncle suspected the nephew of having illicit relations with his wife who died. The matter is village Kuan Kheda of Kadaura police station area. Sunil, a resident of Auraiya district, had come to the house of his maternal uncle Bir Singh. Last night Sunil lay down on the cot outside the house. The rest of the family members were sleeping in the house. At around 12 o’clock in the night, Sunil heard screaming. Bir Singh’s elder daughter saw that her father was attacking her nephew with a shovel. When the noise was raised, the father ran away. Hearing the daughter’s voice, other family members also woke up. Sunil was badly injured in the shovel attack.

Nephew had illicit relationship with his wife!

The family members informed the police about the incident at night. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took Sunil to the hospital in a bloody condition. The forensic team was called to the spot to collect evidence. On reaching the hospital the nephew was declared dead by the doctors. There was chaos among the family members after hearing the news of death. The police started searching for the accused.

Uncle killed me with a shovel

CO Devendra Pachauri said that the accused suspected that the deceased was having an illicit relationship with his wife. Many times there were disputes between the two. The daughter applied to the police against the father. The police registered a case of murder and started searching for the accused. The absconding accused was caught within 12 hours. After the arrest of the accused, the police is busy in further action.
