Hardoi Man Skeleton Postmortem To Be Done After One Year Suspicion Of Murder Ann

Hardoi Crime News: A year after his death in Hardoi, the dead body of the young man was taken out of the grave and postmortem of the skeleton was done. The police have conducted postmortem of the skeleton following the court’s order. After the death of her husband, the wife sold her property and started living with her lover. Due to which the family members had doubts about the death of the person. The sisters of the deceased had filed an FIR for the murder of their brother on the orders of the court.

Death occurred in October 2022
Javed of Chandpur village of Behtagokul police station area was married to Ruchi of the village. Javed died under suspicious circumstances on 19 October 2022. According to the police, the family members buried the body in the grave. Javed’s share of six bighas of land in the family had come in the name of his wife Ruchi. After a few days, Ruchi sold some land and gave some of it to her sisters-in-law Soni, Moni, Roli. After this Ruchi had gone with her lover Dilip. The sisters became suspicious when Ruchi and her lover left.

Sister had expressed suspicion of murder
On July 27, 2023, Javed’s sister Soni lodged an FIR for murder against his wife and her lover through the court. Police started investigation. The sister then approached the court and demanded a post-mortem. On the orders of the court, SDM Judicial Jitendra Srivastava, who reached the village with the police, exhumed the skeleton from the grave and sent it for post-mortem.

Case registered against wife-lover
Giving information about the death of the youth, ASP Durgesh Kumar Singh said that the youth had died a year ago. The sister had filed a case of murder against the wife and her lover. Action will be taken after investigation on the basis of post mortem report.
