Delhi News: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to start its housing scheme from 24th November. Under this, booking of 27 thousand flats will be taken on first come, first serve basis. This housing scheme will be in two phases. The first phase will start from November 24, in which applications for LIG and EWS categories will be taken first for different locations. The second phase will start in the last week of November, in which 11 luxury flats will also be included. In this scheme also, like the previous housing scheme, applications can be filled through online mode only. This time all the flats properties have been put up for sale on free hold and old rates.
You will get 20 days time to watch after registration
Under DDS Housing Scheme, allotment of 27 thousand flats will be on first come first serve basis. Most of the flats are in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram and Narela. According to DDA, applicants will be able to join this scheme by paying registration fees. After registration, the applicant will get 20 days time. In which they will be able to go to see the location, flat etc. of the selected flat as per their preference. For this, DDA will also provide the numbers of its officers to the applicants, so that they can easily access the flat and get complete information. This scheme will be run on the lines of first come first serve. Under the new rules of the scheme, those people who have flats or plots of 67 square meters or smaller size will also be able to apply for this housing scheme.
So many flats in these areas
According to an official of Delhi Development Authority, all 27 thousand flats of this housing scheme are ready. These include about 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector-19B, 1008 EWS flats in Sector-14. Whereas, there are 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram. These flats will be registered on first come first serve basis. Whereas in the second phase, e-auction method can be adopted for a total of 1100 luxury flats. These include penthouses, HIG, Super HIG built in Dwarka Sector-19B. People will also get golf view from many of these flats. 316 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector-14 and 647 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram will be included in the scheme.
